Men da kreftene ikke kom tilbake forsøkte jeg med mega-doser vitaminer, det virket. Anbefaler MD. Abram Hoffers bok&amp;quot;Orthomolecular Medicine for Everyone&amp;quot;. Og Ph.D. Andrew Saul`s bok &amp;quot;Doctor Yorself&amp;quot;.  Ellers håper jeg alle er klar over at FLUORID, et evfallstoff ved aluminium-produksjon, er gift, f eks brukt i drikkevannet til KZ-fanger i Nazi-Tyskland under krigen, for å sløve ned disse.  Eller som en av forskerne ved I.G.Faben,(produsenten)sa det:  &amp;quot;Ingen som har brukt Fluorid i et år eller mere, blir noen gang den samme.&amp;quot;  Alle kunstige søt-stoffer er gift, verst er vel Aspartame, eller Nutra-sweet som det også kalles. har merket meg at de fleste sterkt overvektige gjerne går på lett-produkter, som stort sett er tilsatt Aspartame,dette produktet ødelegger f.eks. sult-følelsen.   Det er helt merkelig at ikke legene har forbudt dette, derimot er Stevia, et rent naturpreparat,forbudt solgt i vårt land. &lt;br /&gt;Ren Ascorbic acid (askorbinsyre) anbefales tatt i store mengder, i gram, ikke milligram. C-vitamin i tablettform er tilsatt kunstig søtstoff.    Andrew Saul sier at påstanden at C-vitamin fører til nyresten er uriktig.  En gorilla f.eks. får i seg ca 4000 mg pr dag i sin naturlige diett.&lt;br /&gt;Anbefalt dagsdose for mennesket er bare 60 mg.  Noen har feil, det er nepppe gorillaen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kolloidalt sølv kan også være verdt å prøve, det kverker både virus, bakterier og sopp.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vitaminer: www.dnavitamins.co.uk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Obs:  EU vil stoppe fritt salg av vitaminer, noe er helt forferdelig galt; hvor? - Well:  &amp;quot;Follow the Money&amp;quot;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prøv vitaminer, kanskje det hjelper.  Det er mitt store ønske for alle dere som sliter. I am in agonising pain daily from my feet to my eye muscles. I can&amp;#39;t read books. I went from doing a major in literature to having read about 3 or 4 entire books in the last 10 years - one a short, easy fiction book I read before I was quite as sick as this (and even then had trouble remembering what I had just read by the time I got to the end of a sentence) and two very simply written biographies, which my body and brain paid for quite severely after reading. Yet sometimes I can sit at the computer for several hours, very slowly doing something menial like sorting my music files or making a wishlist, and browsing low-demand sites with animal pictures or Hollywood gossip. I am in a great deal of pain doing so and my feet swell up terribly, but I choose to do that on those days rather than lying in bed bored and restless and in a great deal of pain anyway, with adrenaline from all the pain making me want to jump out of my skin and actually making it impossible to rest. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;I don&amp;#39;t think it&amp;#39;s right I would technically be - on some days at least - just below someone who could work a sedentary job with difficulty for 40 hours a week. When I was younger I had fibromyalgia and post-viral fatigue, and to some degree had recovered from/managed those and was living a happy, full life where I could read, go to the movies, do a little physiotherapist-prescribed exercise, have a social life, dance a bit, study... but even then a 40 hour working week would have rendered me crippled. And now I am at least 100 times sicker than that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also, there is no distinction between sitting and walking as activities, and I&amp;#39;m sure there are many patients like me that can sit for a little while but barely walk. And I could sit in front of my TV for a couple of hours, supported by pillows and with my legs up, but sitting to get a haircut would be impossible (uncomfortable chair, having to talk to someone at the same time, etc).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I consider myself to have very severe ME but it manifests a little differently to some other severe patients.
